About the Role

We're hiring a Podcast Host for Crypto Insights to join our innovative team at Blockworks. As a Podcast Host, you will engage with the crypto community, bringing insightful discussions to our audience while working remotely. This role is perfect for someone who is deeply plugged into the zeitgeist of crypto and has a knack for making complex ideas accessible and engaging.

What You'll Do

• Host and produce compelling podcast episodes that clarify complex crypto topics and engage listeners.
• Identify, book, and build relationships with influential guests from the crypto ecosystem.
• Prepare episode outlines, incorporating timely topics and insights from Blockworks data.
• Collaborate with your team to refine episode titles, thumbnails, and descriptions.
• Define and execute growth strategies for the podcast, tracking performance and driving audience engagement.
• Build and leverage your personal brand on social media platforms to expand the show's reach.
• Lead external promotion efforts, securing notable guests and pitching the show to media outlets.
• Represent Blockworks at live events and conferences, enhancing brand visibility.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem and its major players.
• Experience in hosting, reporting, or producing content related to crypto.
• Ability to engage audiences and drive meaningful discussions.
• Proven track record of growing engaged audiences through podcasts or social media.
• Strong communication skills and a journalist's curiosity.

Nice to Have

• Demonstrated thought leadership in crypto through research or public commentary.
• Experience with live broadcasting or media.
• Established relationships within the crypto community.
