As a Pickleball Attendant, you will assist guests with their pickleball and tennis needs, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all players. This role is perfect for someone who is friendly, motivated, and enjoys working outdoors.

What You'll Do

  • Greet and assist guests with pickleball court reservations and equipment rentals.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the pickleball area.
  • Provide information on pickleball rules, schedules, and club events.
  • Monitor court usage to ensure fair play and adherence to club policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly.
  • Support other resort and club staff as needed to enhance guest/member satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of pickleball and tennis rules and procedures preferred.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Dependable and punctual with a positive attitude.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
  • Clean driving record to operate the club golf cart.
