About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PRN) remote to join our growing team at HomeFirst Home Healthcare. As a Physical Therapist (PRN) remote, you will play a crucial role in providing quality home health care to patients in Centreville, Alabama, and surrounding counties. Our mission is to deliver compassionate, home-based care while fostering a supportive environment for our employees.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct one-on-one patient care and patient/family education in the home setting.
  • Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to optimize patients' functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program.
  • Current Physical Therapist state license within the state of practice.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of physical therapy experience in an inpatient, outpatient, or home healthcare setting.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current automobile insurance.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, written, and verbal communication skills.
