About the Role

Join Attend Home Care as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) and be part of a team committed to bringing comfort, dignity, and compassionate care to clients across Ohio. This Personal Care Aide (PCA) remote role is essential in helping clients with daily living activities, ensuring they receive the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

What You'll Do

• Provide personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, feeding, and medication reminders.
• Assist clients with mobility support, including walking, transfers, repositioning, and toileting needs.
• Prepare meals, perform light cleaning, laundry, and change linens as part of housekeeping duties.
• Transport clients to appointments or run errands when needed.
• Ensure the home environment is safe, report any changes, and document the care provided.
• Offer companionship through conversation and respect for client privacy.

Requirements

• Must complete Tuberculosis (TB) screening/QuantiFERON/Chest X-Ray within the last year.
• Proof of U.S. work authorization with valid, unexpired government-issued ID.
• Reliable transportation is required.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in a caregiving role.
• Certification as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or similar.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to client needs.
