People Ops Generalist - Remote Role at Eigen Labs

About the Role

Eigen Labs is seeking a People Ops Generalist to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our People team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. Your focus will be on delivering a positive employee experience from onboarding to engagement, providing administrative support, and assisting in the implementation of People Ops initiatives.

What You Will Do

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, role transitions, and offboarding.
• Partner with the VP of People and managers to support performance management processes, ensuring clear and fair expectations across the company.
• Manage core People Operations processes, including maintaining accurate employee records and processing new hires.
• Own the People Notion Hub, ensuring information is clear and accessible, while identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support engagement and culture initiatives, fostering a connected and inclusive workplace.
• Oversee day-to-day Seattle office operations, including vendor management and creating a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or business operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS and People tools, with a comfort in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to serve as a trusted contact for employees.
• A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve People processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a tech or startup environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 technologies.
• Previous experience in a remote work setting.
