People Ops Generalist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
Eigen Labs is looking for a People Ops Generalist to join our team and help us build the trust layer for the internet. This full-time remote position focuses on enhancing the employee experience from onboarding to engagement, ensuring smooth operations within the People team.
What You'll Do
- Own and continuously improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, role transitions, and offboarding.
- Partner with the VP of People and managers to support performance management processes, ensuring clear and fair performance expectations.
- Manage core People Operations processes, including maintaining accurate employee records and processing new hires.
- Oversee the People Notion Hub, ensuring information is clear, current, and accessible.
- Support engagement and culture initiatives, fostering a connected and inclusive environment.
- Manage day-to-day Seattle office operations, including vendor management and creating a welcoming workplace experience.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or business operations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS and People tools, with comfort in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a trusted point of contact.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to continuously improve People processes.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a tech or startup environment.
- Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 technologies.
- Knowledge of performance management best practices.
