Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in People Operations or HR roles.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data entry.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Experience with technical recruiting and sourcing for engineering roles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with employees effectively.
