About the Role

Join Jerry.ai as a People & Culture Intern - Remote and play a key role in supporting our most important asset — our people. This remote internship offers you the opportunity to support the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding to transitions, while gaining hands-on experience in People Operations.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute company-wide and team events to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Draft and distribute internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Ensure data accuracy within HR systems, contributing to efficient operations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline People Operations workflows for better efficiency.
• Support multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong academic record and a keen interest in people operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Resourceful and creative problem-solver.
