About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Recruiter to join our growing healthcare team. This Virtual Recruiter remote position is perfect for individuals who excel in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates online. You will play a crucial role in connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities while working from the comfort of your home.
What You'll Do
- Source healthcare professionals, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Physical Therapists (PTs), and Occupational Therapists (OTs).
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process.
- Track candidates and recruitment progress using our internal systems.
- Provide timely follow-ups and updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work during EST hours, including Saturdays.
- Stable internet connection, laptop/PC, headset, and a quiet workspace.
