About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Part-Time Transportation Bus Driver to join our team at Walt Disney World. As a Transportation Bus Driver remote, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests as they travel throughout our parks and resorts. This position requires a commitment to observing Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and other state and local traffic laws.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate buses and passenger vans while maintaining a positive and friendly atmosphere for guests.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and presentability of vehicles at all times.
  • Assist guests with boarding and provide information about safety and routes.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and Dispatch Operators, both verbally and in writing.
  • Handle emergency situations with ownership and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid Florida Driver’s License.
  • A minimum of 5 years of licensed driving experience, with at least 3 years in the United States.
  • Ability to communicate in English; bilingual candidates are preferred.
  • Must be available for the first 8-12 weeks of training.
  • Ability to meet Department of Transportation Physical Standards and Regulations.

Nice to Have

  • Florida CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Previous experience as a bus driver.
