About the Role

What You'll Do
- Operate buses and passenger vans safely while adhering to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and state traffic laws.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles at all times.
- Assist guests with boarding, including operating accessibility lifts and securing wheelchairs.
- Provide safety information and engage with guests through a microphone during their ride.
- Adapt to changing routes and guest demands, ensuring timely and safe transportation.
Requirements
- Must have at least 5 years of valid licensed operating experience, with 3 years in the United States.
- Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensed driving requirements.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Must meet Department of Transportation Physical Standards and Regulations.
- Availability for the first 8-12 weeks after your start date is essential.
Nice to Have
- Florida CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement.
- Previous experience as a bus driver.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
