About the Role

Join us as a Part-Time Transportation Bus Driver at Walt Disney World, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our guests as they travel across our magical parks and resorts. What You'll Do

  • Operate buses and passenger vans safely while adhering to Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and state traffic laws.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness and presentation of vehicles at all times.
  • Assist guests with boarding, including operating accessibility lifts and securing wheelchairs.
  • Provide safety information and engage with guests through a microphone during their ride.
  • Adapt to changing routes and guest demands, ensuring timely and safe transportation.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 5 years of valid licensed operating experience, with 3 years in the United States.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age due to licensed driving requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must meet Department of Transportation Physical Standards and Regulations.
  • Availability for the first 8-12 weeks after your start date is essential.

Nice to Have

  • Florida CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement.
  • Previous experience as a bus driver.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
