About the Role

We are seeking an Outplacement Career Coach to join our team remotely. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals navigating job loss, guiding them through a structured 90-day journey. As an Outplacement Career Coach, you'll utilize the Career Prayer™ framework to foster self-reflection and strategic action, helping clients regain confidence and direction in their career paths.

What You'll Do

• Guide clients through a structured 90-day, 10-session coaching process tailored to their individual needs.
• Utilize the Career Prayer™ framework to facilitate self-reflection and strategic planning.
• Support clients in rewriting their resumes and updating their LinkedIn profiles to enhance their job search.
• Prepare clients for interviews by conducting mock interviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Leverage tools like usemotion.ai for effective job search management.
• Participate in community learning sessions to enhance your coaching skills and share insights.
• Refer new clients and earn commissions based on successful placements.
• Contribute to the development of innovative coaching tools and resources.
• Engage with a values-aligned peer community to foster collaboration and support.

Requirements

• Experience in coaching or related fields, with a strong understanding of job search processes.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to guide clients empathetically through their transitions.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools and platforms.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and flexibly.
• Commitment to helping others navigate their career transitions effectively.
