About the Role

Join Binance as an Operations Specialist for our Web3 Wallet initiative, where you'll play a crucial role in enhancing user experiences in the decentralized finance space. This Operations Specialist - Web3 Wallet (Remote) position allows you to work with a dynamic team that is dedicated to empowering users with full control over their assets. You will be instrumental in coordinating efforts between various stakeholders to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive the success of our decentralized exchange (DEX) and self-custody wallet solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve assigned KPIs effectively.
  • Own and manage the Referral program operations, including performance tracking, data analysis, and continuous optimization.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), traders, and community partners, ensuring effective onboarding, communication, performance follow-up, and incentive alignment.
  • Analyze issues faced by users and propose actionable solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Investigate business and user demands, including trading behavior and KOL feedback, to propose scalable solutions and implementation plans.
  • Analyze user feedback, trading data, and rebate performance to identify issues and optimize incentive mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support campaign execution, including trading competitions, referral promotions, and KOL-led initiatives.
  • Responsible for other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in the Web3 and finance industries.
  • Strong logical thinking ability and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven, quick learner, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Motivated individual with a robust capability to handle challenges.

  • Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.
  • Familiarity with trading platforms and user engagement strategies.
