About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Excellence Manager to join our team in a fully remote capacity. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading process improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt).
