What You'll Do

• Provide immediate support to children in crisis after hours.
• Transport children to foster homes or other safe locations.
• Assist children in developing coping skills and emotional resilience.
• Communicate effectively with children and families to understand their needs.
• Work flexible hours, choosing your shifts from available options.
• Utilize a company-provided car and cell phone for work-related tasks.
• Complete Predictive Index Assessments to help determine fit for the role.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience working with children and families is preferred.
• Compassionate and eager to learn about child welfare.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children.
• Ability to work a maximum of 30 hours per week, with flexible scheduling.
