About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Ocean Hub Intern (Source to Pay) to join Nestlé, the largest food and beverage company in the world. As an Ocean Hub Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth processing of sales contracts and supplier coordination.

What You'll Do

• Follow up with affiliates to ensure timely approval and signing of sales contracts.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to complete required document uploads in Cargoo.
• Monitor document status and track pending approvals and submissions.
• Maintain accurate and organized records within the system.
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow up consistently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Previous internship experience in a related field.
• Familiarity with supply chain processes.
