About the Role
We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for a New Graduate Operations remote position at Medartis. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our operational excellence across our value chain, contributing to the smooth delivery of innovative healthcare solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to help bring technologies to patients worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Participate in an 18-month rotation program within Supply Chain and Operations, gaining hands-on experience across various domains.
- Learn about process optimization and excellence through lean principles, quality tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Support strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency, cost, quality, and flow within our operations.
- Build a deep understanding of med-tech manufacturing environments, regulatory requirements, and the full lifecycle of medical implant production.
- Contribute as a project assistant or lead smaller-scale initiatives, growing into managing more complex projects by the end of the rotation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in business trips abroad to support global operational projects and manufacturing initiatives.
- Transition into a leadership role driving impactful operational projects within the global Supply Chain and Operations organization after completing the program.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in mechanical, biomedical, or industrial engineering completed within the past 18 months.
- 1-3 years of general work experience, preferably in project management.
- Clear and confident communication skills in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical abilities and high comfort working with data, especially in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
