What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects in the Gaming and FinTech sectors, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize your experience in M&A to organize the development of iGaming platforms from scratch to MVP, contributing to successful acquisitions.
• Optimize operational processes, drawing from your experience with dark store operations, to achieve significant KPI improvements.
• Work autonomously while focusing on financial outcomes, utilizing P&L and ROI metrics to guide project decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business strategy and stakeholder expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Delivery Lead in the Gaming, FinTech, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial metrics and drive business-focused decisions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in gaming startups or projects with gamification elements is a plus.
