What You'll Do

• Lead the development of gaming platforms from concept to MVP, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives.
• Utilize metrics such as P&L and ROI to manage project budgets and financial outcomes.
• Engage in M&A activities, overseeing the due diligence process for new projects.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
• Stay updated on industry trends in gaming and FinTech to inform project strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in FinTech, iGaming, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects from inception to completion.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Ability to work autonomously and drive results.
• Passion for gaming and familiarity with gamification concepts is a plus.
