About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Senior UX Designer to join our team, focusing on the business side of healthcare. This is a fully remote position where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects. As a UX Designer, you will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance user experience and ensure our products meet the needs of end users.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct research to analyze similar products and draw inspiration for new designs.

  • Collaborate on prototyping and presentations to showcase designs to executives and stakeholders.
  • Document processes and maintain organized records of project developments.
  • Adapt to multiple projects and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Proficient in Figma with a strong portfolio demonstrating your design process from initiation to completion.
  • Experience with B2B/B2C and SaaS products.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to take initiative on multiple tasks.
  • Understanding of accessibility principles in design.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the business side of healthcare, particularly with software for documentation contracts.
  • Freelance experience is a plus.
