About the Role

We are looking for a Paid Search Supervisor remote to join our dynamic team at Mindgruve. As a global digital agency, we focus on accelerating business growth through innovative marketing and digital transformation. Our team comprises strategists, creatives, media experts, data scientists, and engineers, all working collaboratively to achieve exceptional results for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Track, measure, and report performance media campaigns across multiple advertising services.
  • Optimize performance media campaigns to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support the performance media team in developing strategies and managing accounts daily.
  • Create and interpret client program analysis and reporting on a regular basis.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on performance media, web analytics, and data analysis.
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies in processes, including automation.
  • Conduct keyword research and manage all search-related paid marketing opportunities.
  • Analyze and optimize keyword ad copy and landing pages through A/B testing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration.
  • 5-7 years of paid search and online marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Experience managing and mentoring a team.
  • Expertise with Google Ads and Bing AdCenter.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics and testing tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Google Ads certification is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
