About the Role

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Java Developer to join our team remotely. At CI&T, we specialize in technological transformation, combining human expertise with AI to create scalable tech solutions. As a Mid-Level Java Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading technical teams and ensuring quality delivery for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team at CI&T and assist in daily problem-solving.
  • Refine and deliver technical solutions across various scenarios.
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure high-quality delivery for our clients.
  • Address problems effectively with a macro view of the business.
  • Enhance team knowledge through training sessions and workshops.

Requirements

  • Experience with Java 17+.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot.
  • Familiarity with NodeJs.
  • Experience in microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of REST APIs.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with hexagonal architecture, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and automated testing.
  • Familiarity with Websphere.
