About the Role

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team at Banja Luka. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a performance marketing agency that values creativity and results. You will play a crucial role in our Design as a Service (DaaS) model, delivering high-quality visual assets that enhance the marketing performance of our Northern European clients.

What You'll Do

• Execute a steady stream of diverse design tasks, ensuring high-quality output.
• Translate briefs into visually compelling designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Work with and expand upon existing brand guidelines to maintain consistency.
• Build prototypes and wireframes for digital products, enhancing user experience.
• Stay ahead of the curve by mastering new tools and trends in graphic design.
• Take charge of projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, showcasing a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and commercial awareness.
• Fluent in English with clear communication skills.
• Experience with DaaS or subscription-based design models is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
