About the Role

We are looking for a Microsoft Teams Implementation Specialist to lead the end-to-end integration of Microsoft Teams within our multi-tenant, AI-powered self-service platform. This Microsoft Teams Implementation Specialist remote position offers the opportunity to work flexibly while contributing to innovative projects.

What You'll Do

  • Lead integration of Microsoft Teams into a self-service platform.
  • Manage the full lifecycle from development to deployment.
  • Design a one-click installation experience for customers.
  • Ensure multi-tenant authentication and permissions are correctly implemented.
  • Handle app submission to the Microsoft App Store.
  • Integrate AI capabilities using Azure OpenAI and Google Vertex AI.
  • Troubleshoot deployment issues effectively.
  • Contribute to architecture and performance improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Teams applications.
  • Must have integrated 3rd-party apps into Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Bot Framework and Graph API.
  • 4+ years of experience in Python, preferably with Django.
  • Understanding of multi-tenant architectures and OAuth2 flows.
  • Experience with AI integrations.
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project management.
  • Familiarity with cloud services beyond Azure.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies.
