About the Role

We are looking for a Member of Trading Operations to join our team at Anchorage Digital. This remote role is pivotal in supporting our clients' daily activities within the trading operations team. As a Member of Trading Operations, you will ensure the smooth post-trade life-cycle of various digital assets, focusing on timely settlements and risk mitigation strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Support clients in their trading operations, ensuring accurate and timely settlements of digital assets.
  • Utilize blockchain explorers and trading platforms to monitor and reconcile activities across internal and external systems.
  • Manage all counterparty and client settlement requests within agreed SLAs.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to enhance trading and settlement workflows.
  • Stay updated with cryptocurrency industry trends and regulatory guidelines to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in trading operations, particularly with institutional clients in both traditional and crypto asset classes.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and financial operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, or low-code platforms is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a startup environment and a passion for the crypto industry.
  • Familiarity with risk management strategies and operational processes in custodianship.
