Member of Legal, Vendor Counsel - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Member of Legal, Vendor Counsel to join Anchorage Digital, a leading digital asset platform. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to influence the future of digital assets while building best-in-class legal, compliance, and regulatory frameworks for the industry. As a member of our legal team, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to craft vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively.

What You'll Do

• Provide legal expertise in digital asset transactions and vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Negotiate and draft contracts that protect Anchorage Digital from legal risks while maintaining a fair approach with clients.
• Work closely with the Global Lead Counsel and other legal team members to enhance the efficiency of the vendor contracting process.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in the digital asset space to inform legal strategies and decisions.
• Utilize analytical skills to resolve complex legal issues and provide actionable guidance to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal roles, particularly in vendor management and contract negotiation.
• Strong understanding of digital asset regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to execution.
• Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks effectively under broad direction.
