Member of Internal Audit - Remote Position at Anchorage Digital

About the Role

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Member of Internal Audit to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. As a key member of the Global Internal Audit Team, you will play a crucial role in executing internal audits across various areas of our business and IT operations, including compliance program audits. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your audit, financial services, fintech, and data analytics experience in the rapidly evolving digital asset landscape.

What You'll Do

• Participate in internal audits under the guidance of experienced Audit Leads, contributing to high-quality audits.
• Execute audit testing efficiently, adhering to Global Internal Audit Standards and documentation requirements.
• Develop expertise in financial services, fintech, and financial crimes compliance audits.
• Utilize data analytics tools such as SQL and Python to identify anomalies in large datasets.
• Communicate audit findings clearly to the Audit Lead and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in executing internal audits or knowledge of compliance assurance/testing at a financial institution.
• Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while being team-oriented.
• Passion for promoting a positive working environment and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with ITGCs, application controls, cloud security (AWS/GCP), and blockchain infrastructure is a plus.

Nice to Have

• CIA or related certifications, or in the process of obtaining certification.
• Experience working at or adjacent to a crypto-native company.
