Member of Compliance - Transaction Monitoring (Remote)

About the Role

Join Anchorage Digital as a Member of Compliance, Transaction Monitoring, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring regulatory compliance within the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystem. What You'll Do

• Manage transaction monitoring alerts and disposition workflows, ensuring adherence to compliance standards.
• Provide feedback to leadership on workflow enhancements and system implementations.
• Mentor new hires in onboarding processes and assist in training team members.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures for transaction monitoring.
• Participate in tuning exercises and implementation of monitoring rules to detect fraudulent activities.

Requirements

• Experience in BSA/AML transactional review for institutional and retail clients.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML regulations and fraud typologies.
• Expertise in using blockchain analytics tools for transaction monitoring.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations.

Nice to Have

• Expertise in data analytics and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Blockchain Analytics Certifications (TRM, Chainalysis, etc.).
• A passion for building out compliance programs in their early stages.
