About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Marketing and Event Operations Intern to join our team at Dextail. This internship offers a unique opportunity to dive into the world of event management and marketing, where you will not only see how a booth is designed but also learn about the critical phases of any international project, including market intelligence and strategic data management. As a Marketing and Event Operations Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the lifecycle of an event, from identifying opportunities to conducting feasibility analyses and initial outreach.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market research by analyzing high-impact international and national trade shows.
• Manage and optimize our database (BBDD), ensuring that sector information and dates are strategically valuable for the sales team.
• Oversee CRM management by recording and tracking the annual trade show plan in our management system, ensuring data quality.
• Support the implementation of AI tools and advanced spreadsheets for market analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance event strategies and marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Must be a student able to formalize an internship agreement with your university or educational center.
• High level of English is essential as we work in international environments.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude are crucial.
