Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote Role in Europe

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts across Europe. This remote role offers the opportunity to influence the organization’s growth and foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity.

What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Recruiters and a Sourcer.
  • Manage hiring metrics and pipelines, analyzing trends to propose actionable solutions.
  • Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to ensure hiring targets are met and candidates have a positive experience.
  • Identify and oversee high-impact recruitment projects, implementing innovative processes.
  • Streamline recruitment workflows in partnership with People leadership.
  • Advocate for global diversity, equity, inclusion, and remote-friendly practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing a Talent Acquisition team in a tech or high-growth startup environment.
  • Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment and achieving hiring metrics.
  • Experience driving data-driven hiring strategies and leveraging recruitment analytics.
  • Innovative mindset with experience implementing new processes and programs.
  • Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote, and geographically distributed environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and high attention to detail.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in tech hiring or GTM strategies.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
  • Knowledge of European labor laws and regulations.
