Manager, Talent Acquisition - Remote Role in Europe
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting efforts across Europe. This remote role offers the opportunity to influence the organization’s growth and foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Recruiters and a Sourcer.
- Manage hiring metrics and pipelines, analyzing trends to propose actionable solutions.
- Shape the vision and long-term strategy of the Talent Acquisition function.
- Collaborate with Hiring Leaders to ensure hiring targets are met and candidates have a positive experience.
- Identify and oversee high-impact recruitment projects, implementing innovative processes.
- Streamline recruitment workflows in partnership with People leadership.
- Advocate for global diversity, equity, inclusion, and remote-friendly practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing a Talent Acquisition team in a tech or high-growth startup environment.
- Strong track record in full-cycle recruitment and achieving hiring metrics.
- Experience driving data-driven hiring strategies and leveraging recruitment analytics.
- Innovative mindset with experience implementing new processes and programs.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, remote, and geographically distributed environment.
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and high attention to detail.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience in tech hiring or GTM strategies.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
- Knowledge of European labor laws and regulations.
