Lifecycle Marketing Manager - Telehealth (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our growing Telehealth team. This remote role is perfect for someone with a strong direct-to-consumer (DTC) focus and a blend of hands-on and strategic marketing capabilities. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping customer journeys and driving measurable revenue impact through effective lifecycle strategies.
What You'll Do
- Partner with clients to design lifecycle strategies that align with their business objectives.
- Execute campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, and in-app messaging.
- Build and optimize automated flows for onboarding, conversion, retention, and win-back.
- Collaborate with Creative teams to develop compelling messaging and assets.
- Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
- Track and report on lifecycle KPIs, such as open rates, CTRs, conversion rates, and lifetime value impact.
- Run ongoing testing and optimization to improve performance metrics.
- Create scalable lifecycle playbooks tailored to telehealth and subscription-based models.
Requirements
- 4–6+ years of lifecycle or CRM marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, or Customer.io.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect lifecycle efforts to revenue outcomes.
- Experience in DTC subscription, healthcare, or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Confidence in working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
