Lifecycle Growth Lead - Remote Position
About the Role
We’re hiring a Lifecycle Growth Lead to join our innovative team at Sei Development Foundation. This remote position offers you the chance to shape user engagement from the very start of their journey with our product. As a Lifecycle Growth Lead, you will be responsible for nurturing relationships with users from their initial sign-up through their ongoing engagement, ensuring they have a seamless experience on our platform.
What You'll Do
- Pre-Launch: Own the waitlist nurturing strategy, including email sequences, engagement loops, and referral mechanics.
- Build segmentation models based on user behavior and engagement depth to optimize conversion rates.
- Design and execute the launch-day activation sequence to maximize waitlist-to-active conversion.
- Instrument and track waitlist health metrics such as open rates, click-throughs, and churn rates.
- Post-Launch: Manage retention and re-engagement strategies across various channels including email, push notifications, and SMS.
- Design lifecycle campaigns tied to key user milestones to enhance user experience.
- Build and optimize behavioral nudge systems to encourage user actions at critical moments.
- Collaborate with product teams to identify drop-off points and design effective interventions.
- Run continuous A/B tests to refine messaging, timing, and channels for maximum impact.
- Report on cohort retention, lifetime value trends, and overall campaign performance.
Requirements
- Experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably in consumer apps such as fintech, gaming, or marketplaces.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms like Braze, Iterable, or Customer.io.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on cohorts, funnels, and retention metrics.
- Experience designing multi-channel lifecycle programs from scratch.
- Comfort with SQL or BI tools for self-service analysis.
- Understanding of behavioral psychology as it relates to product engagement.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the crypto/web3 space or with waitlist-to-launch conversion strategies.
