Learning Operations Specialist - Remote Opportunities Available

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Operations Specialist to join our team at bp launchpad. What You'll Do

• Manage the logistical and delivery activities associated with training sessions, ensuring high standards and timely execution.
• Schedule trainers and liaise with faculty and vendors to support training sessions.
• Select and confirm training venues based on defined criteria, balancing requirements with budget constraints.
• Order training materials and manage special training requirements, including IT services and catering.
• Administer training sessions and maintain accurate records in our learning management systems (Salesforce and Cornerstone).
• Record costs for goods and services related to training sessions and follow up on invoicing.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all interactions.
• Engage with the team to suggest improvements and support continuous development initiatives.

Requirements

• A graduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning services or HR shared services.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Knowledge of the learning life cycle model.
• Project management experience.
