Lead Product Manager - SaaS Work Management Platform

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Manager - SaaS Work Management Platform to join our team. This role is an exciting opportunity to lead product design and delivery for a cloud-native SaaS platform that enhances organizational collaboration and efficiency. As a Lead Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product lifecycle, ensuring that our platform meets user needs while driving innovation and usability.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end product design from concept through release and continuous improvement.
• Lead product discovery, translating user needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Design flexible models for structuring work, data, automation, permissions, and collaboration.
• Define and manage the product roadmap, balancing usability, scalability, and delivery speed.
• Partner closely with engineering teams to support agile development and frequent releases.
• Conduct product testing, including hands-on user acceptance testing and feedback-driven refinement.
• Ensure the product is intuitive and effective in real operational environments.
• Support early go-to-market activities, including onboarding flows, documentation, and product positioning.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager working on a SaaS platform.
• Hands-on experience with low-code, no-code, or highly configurable platforms.
• Strong understanding of how configurable SaaS products are designed, adopted, and misused by real teams.
• Excellent judgement around usability, workflow design, and permission models.
• Ability to translate ambiguous or evolving requirements into structured product behaviour.
• Comfortable leading product decisions in fast-moving environments with changing priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience with B2B SaaS products serving SMEs or mid-market organisations.
• Experience taking products from early development through launch and iteration.
• Exposure to operationally complex or compliance-driven business environments.
