We are seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. As a Lead Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping user experiences and driving design strategies that align with our mission. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating user-centered solutions and has a strong background in product design, particularly within the AI and SaaS sectors.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process from concept to execution, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to define design requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and improve product functionality.
• Develop and maintain design systems that promote consistency and efficiency across all products.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the design team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user experience principles and best practices in UI design.
• Experience in working with AI tools and understanding their application in product design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B marketing and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of data analysis and its application in design decision-making.
