About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Marketing Manager - Remote to spearhead our global digital marketing operations. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven growth and operational excellence within our strategic, collaborative team. As a Lead Marketing Manager, you will optimize marketing automation platforms and enhance customer engagement across various channels, ensuring that our marketing strategies align with the company's growth objectives.
What You'll Do
- Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including Pardot and Salesforce, to ensure seamless connectivity of marketing technologies.
- Design and improve standardized marketing workflows for scalable campaigns, managing the end-to-end lead lifecycle from capture to nurturing.
- Establish data governance standards for high data quality and compliance, building and maintaining dashboards to measure campaign performance and ROI.
- Support multi-channel marketing campaigns and act as a liaison between marketing, sales, and IT to align processes effectively.
- Continuously improve marketing strategies through data integrity and innovative solutions that support the company's objectives.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or digital marketing.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in marketing automation platforms, especially Salesforce.
- Solid understanding of lead management and data governance.
- Experience in building dashboards and converting data into insights.
- Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization.
