About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Java Developer to join our innovative team at A2G Consulting. With a focus on Java8 or higher, Spring Boot, and Microservices, you will play a pivotal role in our development team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development of scalable applications using Java8, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Implement RESTful and SOAP web services to enhance application functionality.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Jenkins to ensure smooth deployment processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Provide maintenance and support for applications post-deployment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Utilize Git for version control and manage code repositories effectively.
• Engage in Agile methodologies to improve team productivity and project outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, particularly with Java8 or higher.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices, and web services.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Docker.
• Excellent analytical skills and a customer-facing attitude.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in Agile environments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Eclipse and IntelliJ IDE.
• Knowledge of Maven and Docker concepts.
