IT Project Manager - Remote Opportunity in Travel Tech

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the travel tech industry. This remote opportunity allows you to leverage your extensive experience in managing projects and collaborating with partners in the travel sector. As an IT Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and that deliverables meet quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects in the travel tech space, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Utilize your technical knowledge to understand project requirements, including reading JSON and using tools like Postman and Swagger.
• Conduct acceptance testing and ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards.
• Manage a team of over 35 individuals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Implement CI/CD processes and oversee the project pipeline to enhance efficiency.
• Engage in negotiations with partners such as Ozon Travel, T-Travel, Yandex Travel, and Booking.com to ensure project success.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation within project management practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the travel tech industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in technical documentation and able to read JSON and Swagger.
• Experience with CI/CD processes and project pipelines.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects.
• Fluency in English is preferred.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with travel booking systems and platforms.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.).
