About the Role

Join Dorman Products as an IT Functional Analyst - SAP Supply Chain (Remote) and be part of a pioneering global organization dedicated to providing innovative solutions in the automotive industry. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring the effective design, configuration, and ongoing support of our supply chain systems, including SAP and GEP. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to optimizing our supply chain processes while working in a hybrid environment at our corporate headquarters in Colmar, Pennsylvania.

What You'll Do

  • Lead workshops to gather and document business requirements for supply chain planning and execution.
  • Conduct process analysis to design optimized future state processes using SAP functionalities.
  • Develop comprehensive functional specifications and Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) for technical development.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance supply chain workflows and improve system reliability.
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to design and enhance SAP and integrated supply chain solutions.
  • Own assigned SAP and supply chain integrations from a functional perspective.
  • Provide Level 3 production support across supply chain modules and integrated systems.
  • Work closely with QA to ensure test scripts validate business requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline; OR 5–10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of SAP functional/technical analysis experience.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP supply chain modules such as MM, PP, or LE.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain business processes including procurement, MRP, and logistics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to business stakeholders.
  • Experience with integration technologies relevant to supply chain transactions (e.g., IDocs, EDI).
  • Passion and curiosity with exceptional problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with advanced planning tools (APO, IBP, Kinaxis).
  • Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Background in Master Data Management or supply chain reporting tools.
