Inventory Control Specialist - Remote Opportunity
About the Role

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will update stock records and manage inventory transactions using Oracle, contributing to a healthier and safer world.
What You'll Do
- Schedule and coordinate daily cycle counts, including physical count tasks, report preparation, and data entry.
- Ensure accurate and prompt entry of all daily inventory transactions into Oracle.
- Generate monthly expired lot reports and supervise the physical movement of stock to correct locations.
- Monitor inventory transactions and recommend improvements in inventory procedures.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Support expedited shipments and schedule trucks as needed.
- Perform receiving and shipping tasks as required.
- Complete all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 years of experience in Inventory Control or Warehousing.
- Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of inventory transactions and record-keeping.
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is preferred.
- Ability to drive forklifts and manual jacks.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
- Ability to run reports out of Oracle, Cognos, and Tableau.

- Experience maximizing warehouse space.
- Ability to coordinate work with others and facilitate recounts.
