About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Institutional Business Development Manager (Japanese Speaker) to join our team at Bitget. In this remote position, you will play a crucial role in driving our business development efforts within the cryptocurrency sector. As an Institutional Business Development Manager, you will identify and engage potential market makers, brokers, and other customer groups who utilize APIs as their primary trading tools. Your expertise will help us establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships that are essential for our growth in the digital assets ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Identify and target potential customers in the API trading market, focusing on market makers and brokers.
• Lead business negotiations to ensure fair cooperation terms and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Continuously analyze market dynamics and competitor strategies to inform product iterations and market strategies.
• Provide technical support and business consultation to customers, enhancing their experience with our APIs.
• Set and achieve personal and team business development goals, including key performance indicators such as new customer acquisition and API transaction volume growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in finance, computer science, information technology, marketing, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of relevant business development or sales experience in financial institutions, internet companies, or the blockchain industry.
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency markets and understanding of API trading systems, high-frequency trading, and quantitative trading.
• Strong communication skills in Japanese and English or Chinese, with the ability to engage with international partners effectively.
• Excellent business negotiation skills and market acumen to quickly adapt to industry trends.
