• Manage client relationships and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
• Organize all candidates and applications in our intuitive ATS system.
• Schedule interviews and track deadlines with integrated calendar features.
• Continuously improve your recruitment strategies with new features added monthly.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Independent Recruiter in any industry.
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition processes and tools.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and client projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Based in Europe with a flexible work schedule.

Nice to Have

• Experience with recruitment software and ATS systems.
• Knowledge of tech and non-tech recruitment.
• Familiarity with calendar integration tools.
