• Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of inclusivity and support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition and performance management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Experience in developing training programs and employee engagement initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
