About the Role
We are seeking an HR Coordinator to join our team remotely, specializing in visa sponsorship opportunities for international professionals. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a vital role in managing the HR lifecycle for employees in Saudi Arabia.
What You'll Do
- Support all administrative tasks related to HR processes and local authorities.

- Collaborate with the company GRO to complete tasks on time and address any potential issues proactively.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including drafting employment offers and termination letters.
- Maintain HR software with necessary documents and ensure proper storage of consultant-related documents.
- Process payroll through Mudad and manage leave and expense claims.
- Explore and connect with international employers offering visa sponsorship opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Coordinator.
- Excellent communication, organization, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism when dealing with clients and consultants.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
