About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team at Lensa. This HR Coordinator role focuses on supporting key HR functions, particularly onboarding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. As an HR Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for new hires, making this a vital position within our organization. What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across various levels.
  • Serve as the primary contact for new hires, scheduling orientations, assigning training, and ensuring compliance with necessary requirements.
  • Generate, track, and follow up on offer letters for director-level positions and above.
  • Administer relocation assistance for eligible employees.
  • Conduct background checks for corporate hires and assist venues with their processes.
  • Maintain and update essential HR documents, including organization charts and employee files.
  • Respond to inquiries from the HR inbox, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
  • Manage and update internal HR platforms, including SharePoint and the company intranet.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel and SharePoint preferred.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
