HR Coordinator - Remote Opportunities Available
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic HR Coordinator to join our team at Lensa. This HR Coordinator role focuses on supporting key HR functions, particularly onboarding and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. What You'll Do
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding and offboarding processes for employees across various levels.
- Serve as the primary contact for new hires, scheduling orientations, assigning training, and ensuring compliance with necessary requirements.
- Generate, track, and follow up on offer letters for director-level positions and above.
- Administer relocation assistance for eligible employees.
- Conduct background checks for corporate hires and assist venues with their processes.
- Maintain and update essential HR documents, including organization charts and employee files.
- Respond to inquiries from the HR inbox, serving as the first point of contact for HR-related questions.
- Manage and update internal HR platforms, including SharePoint and the company intranet.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Excel and SharePoint preferred.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday experience is a plus.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
