We are seeking a Hospital Executive Subject Matter Expert - Remote to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your extensive knowledge in healthcare systems and executive engagement to influence how commercial teams interact with healthcare executives. What You'll Do

• Provide expert guidance on healthcare decision-making processes and capital approval scenarios.
• Design and facilitate virtual training sessions that enhance executive presence and storytelling capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop value propositions and retention strategies for healthcare clients.
• Utilize your knowledge of EHR platforms and healthcare IT to advise on system implementations.
• Engage in scenario design and role play to prepare teams for effective executive interactions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare executive role or similar.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, procurement processes, and healthcare systems.
• Experience with instructional design and eLearning development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Cloud, Azure, and videoconferencing systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in healthcare.
• Experience in public health or defense sectors.
• Knowledge of ITIL and content creation methodologies.
