About the Role

We are seeking a Head of Training for Compliance Operations to join our team remotely. In this pivotal role, you will be the strategic architect of our training infrastructure, enabling our global FinCrime teams to operate with excellence. As the Head of Training for Compliance Operations, you will lead a high-performing unit of senior leads and experts, ensuring that our training programs bridge the gap between rigorous regulatory expectations and a seamless experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development of foundational competencies and proficiency training across Compliance Operations.
  • Partner with each domain to design and execute a scalable training curriculum, including a ‘Financial Crime’ academy.
  • Set clear competencies and requirements across job levels and map the workforce against these expectations.
  • Build SOPs and toolkits to standardize support for leadership.
  • Create a leadership program to develop junior managers into high-performing Senior Leaders.
  • Analyze data and feedback to actively reduce the time it takes for new hires to reach full operational productivity.
  • Standardize global training frameworks to optimize processes and reduce operational costs.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to integrate AI-driven automation into the training lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing global training, ideally within regulated financial services or FinTech.
  • Proven ability to scale high-impact operational training programs.
  • Expert analytical skills to use operational data to drive quality improvements.
  • Experience in managing and coaching a senior team of experts.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster a culture of accountability.
