About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product for Shopify Apps to join our remote team. In this role, you will lead the product strategy and execution for our suite of Shopify applications, driving innovation and enhancing user experiences for thousands of merchants. As the Head of Product - Shopify Apps (Remote), you will have the opportunity to shape the future of e-commerce solutions, leveraging AI-driven technologies and data analysis to meet the evolving needs of our users.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Shopify apps, aligning with business goals and user needs.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of new features and products.
• Utilize data analysis and user research to inform product decisions and optimize user experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective go-to-market strategies, including Meta and Instagram ads.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a product manager or in a leadership role within a SaaS or e-commerce environment.
• Strong understanding of Shopify platform and experience with app development.
• Expertise in AI technologies and their application in product development.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with generative AI and prototyping tools.
• Familiarity with EdTech products and strategies.
• Knowledge of AI governance and ethical considerations in product development.
