About the Role

We are looking for a Head of Dealing On Own Account to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. This remote opportunity allows you to manage critical real-time trading systems, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving. As the Head of Dealing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our trading and execution systems, utilizing proprietary software applications and tools.

What You'll Do

• Manage business-critical real-time trading systems to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure the smooth operation of the firm's trading and execution systems.
• Conduct trade surveillance and interact with operations technology teams.
• Implement new systems and configuration updates for trading operations and risk management.
• Perform daily market sentiment, risk exposure, and P&L reporting.
• Conduct post-trade analysis of trading strategies and algorithm performance.
• Collaborate with trading developers to enhance pricing, execution, and booking logic.
• Test software releases and upgrades as part of the trading system.
• Assist in training staff to ensure compliance with CySEC regulations.
• Troubleshoot trading issues and liaise with relevant teams for resolution.

Requirements

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university.
• Exposure to Python, C++, or Java, with a desire to expand technical skills.
• At least 3 years of experience in options trading or alpha building.
• Knowledge of option pricing, vol curve models, greeks, and risk measures.
• Solid experience in a trading or dealing role within a regulated financial institution.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and regulatory environments.
• Good understanding of risk management and compliance requirements.
• Detail-oriented and analytical, with the ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experience or keen interest in the crypto industry.
