Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in online casino leadership roles.
- Previous positions as Head of Casino, Casino Director, or equivalent senior roles.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling casino revenue profitably.
- Strong expertise in provider economics, RTP strategy, and margin management.
- Proficient in promotional cost control and player lifecycle dynamics.
- Experience in game performance analytics and commercial acumen.
- International market experience is preferred.
